DeckPro MB

DeckPro MB is suitable for use as:

• Moisture barrier to prevent moisture penetration from the substrate, which can affect the performance and adhesion of resin floors.
• Used for leveling and repairing, especially when formulated with additives that help fill cracks, holes, and imperfections in the concrete substrate.
• Used as a base by providing a suitable surface for bonding various flooring materials such as epoxy, polyurethane, carpet, wood flooring, and tiles to improve the bond between the substrate and the flooring material, ensuring greater durability and longevity of the flooring system.

Before the applicator team begins applying the DeckPro MB product, please prepare the surface or substrate as follows:

• Make sure that the surface (substrate) is free from oil, grease, hardeners and other foreign particles.
• Clean by brushing or vacuuming before using the DeckPro MB.
• The substrate must have a concrete strength of at least 25 N/mm²
• The density of concrete floors must comply with BS 8204 SR standards, which stipulates a maximum deviation of 2 - 5mm in a distance every 3 metres.
