Before the applicator team begins applying the DeckPro HB-SF product, please prepare the surface or substrate as follows:

  • Make sure that the surface (substrate) is free from oil, grease, hardeners and other foreign particles.
  • Clean by brushing or vacuuming before using the DeckPro HB-SF.
  • The substrate must have a concrete strength of at least 25 N/mm2
  • The humidity level of the substrate should not be more than 75% RH. BS 8204 SR 2 – 5 mm every 3 metres.

Each DeckPro HB-SF packaging consists of two components with the weight of each component as follows:

Component A 4kg

Component B 1kg
