CoreStone TerrazzoTZ

CoreStone TerrazzoTZ is suitable for use in commercial areas such as hotel lobby floors, offices and malls. The design can be customized to suit your preferences. CoreStone TerrazzoTZ is also durable and hard-wearing, suitable for medium and heavy traffic.

Before the applicator team begins applying the CoreStone TerrazzoTZ product, please prepare the surface or substrate as follows:

• Make sure that the surface (substrate) is free from oil, grease, hardeners and other foreign particles. Clean by brushing or vacuuming.
• Use a shot blasting or sandblasting machine to open the pores of the substrate.
• The substrate must have a minimum concrete strength of 25MPa.
• Any cracks and gaps in the substrate must be properly repaired before application.
• The substrate must have a moisture content of less than 4%. Excess moisture can affect the adhesion and performance of CoreStone TerrazzoTZ.
• The density of the concrete floor must meet the SR2 standard, which stipulates a maximum deviation of 5mm in a distance every 3 metres.
